1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms of use (the "Terms of Use") apply to anyone who uses the Velora service published by TECH APP STUDIO: members of an Agency's team in the console, and Models invited by their Agency in the app.
They are accepted when the account is created or at first sign-in. The commercial terms of the subscription are in the terms of sale.
2. Accounts and access
Each user has their own account. Credentials are personal: they are not lent or shared. Owners and admins of an Agency must turn on two-factor authentication.
A Model joins the app through her Agency's invitation (link valid for 7 days, or agency code). The Agency manages its team's roles and its Models' access, and can remove them at any time.
Users tell their Agency or support@velora-hq.com without delay if a device is lost or access looks suspicious. They can sign out their devices from the settings.
3. The Agency's role and responsibilities
The Agency decides what is done with the data and content in its space. It undertakes to:
- invite only adults whose age and identity it has checked;
- have a written agreement with each Model for the activity it manages, and inform her of how the service is used;
- obtain the necessary consents, in particular before any use of a person's voice or image;
- upload only lawful content for which it holds the necessary rights and permissions;
- comply with the terms of the platforms it connects to the service.
4. Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to use the service to:
- upload or share content involving a minor, in any way whatsoever;
- upload content without the consent of the person shown, or create an imitation of a person's voice or image without their written consent;
- harass, threaten, deceive or exploit a person, or force them to produce content;
- upload unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- send unsolicited bulk messages;
- copy or scrape the service's data, bypass its security measures, test it for vulnerabilities without written consent, or reverse-engineer it;
- resell access to the service or make it available to a third party without consent.
5. Content
The Agency and its Models remain the owners of their content. They authorize TECH APP STUDIO to store it, make technical copies and display it, only to run the service.
The service is a private work tool. It is not used to publish content to the public or to sell it: sales take place on the third-party platforms chosen by the Agency. Uploaded media is private and opens only through temporary links, for authorized people.
The app is distributed on the App Store and follows its rules. No sexually explicit content may be displayed in it. The Agency makes sure the content it shows in its Models' app follows these rules.
6. Integrations and third-party services
Integrations (sales platforms, messaging, e-signature, social networks, artificial intelligence) work with the keys and sessions provided by the Agency. It checks that it is entitled to use them, and accepts the terms of each third-party service.
These third-party services are chosen by the Agency. They remain independent of TECH APP STUDIO, which is not responsible for how they work or change. The Agency can disconnect an integration at any time; its keys are then erased.
7. Artificial intelligence
AI features use the Agency's key with the provider it has chosen. Generated texts, voices or images may be wrong or unsuitable: review them before any use. TECH APP STUDIO does not use the Agency's data to train AI models.
8. iPhone app, notifications and device
Notifications are optional. They can be switched off at any time in the iPhone settings.
To protect accounts, the app checks with Apple (App Attest) that it is the genuine app, and may report a modified device (jailbreak). Face ID is checked by the iPhone itself: biometric data never leaves the device.
9. My cycle
The "My cycle" feature is optional and reserved for the Model. It is only switched on with her explicit consent. Its data is not shown to the Agency. The Model can erase everything at any time from the app.
10. Availability and changes
TECH APP STUDIO does what is needed to keep the service available and secure, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service evolves: features may be added, changed or removed.
11. Suspension and end of access
TECH APP STUDIO may suspend an account that breaches the Terms of Use, after formal notice, or immediately in an emergency or for clearly unlawful content. The Agency can remove access for a team member or a Model at any time.
A Model can request the deletion of her account from the app. The request goes to her Agency, which handles it.
12. Reporting content or abuse
Anyone can report unlawful content or abuse to support@velora-hq.com, describing the content, where it is and why it is reported. TECH APP STUDIO reviews every report, may remove the content or suspend the account involved, and informs the people concerned of its decision and of the available remedies.
13. Liability
Each user is responsible for how they use the service and for the content they upload. TECH APP STUDIO hosts content without checking it beforehand; it acts promptly to remove unlawful content as soon as it becomes aware of it.
14. Changes to the Terms of Use
TECH APP STUDIO may change the Terms of Use. Significant changes are announced in the service or by e-mail before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting them.
