Loyalty counts months paid without a break. Cancelling resets the counter: you restart at month 1, at your tier's price. Better to know now.

Billing
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes. VAT is added based on your country. Agency outside France with a valid EU VAT number? The invoice uses reverse charge.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA debit, through Stripe. Your bank details never touch our servers.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, for every payment, by email and in your billing space. With your VAT number if you added it.
Adding a model mid-month?
Add a seat in the console. It's billed pro rata for the remaining days. An archived model frees her seat at the next cycle.
How do I cancel?
From your billing space, in two clicks. Access stays open until the end of the paid period: the month on monthly, the 12 months on yearly.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries several times and we email you. Without payment, the account is suspended. Never deleted in one go.
