In short
The website, the console and the app set no advertising, social media or analytics cookies, and load no tracking tool. All the cookies and stored data below are strictly necessary for the service you request.
That is why there is no cookie banner: the law does not require consent for strictly necessary trackers (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and CNIL guidelines).
2. Data stored on your device
A few settings are kept in the local storage of the browser or the app. They are never sent to our servers to track you.
| Key | Purpose | Where |
|---|---|---|
| velora:console-theme | Light or dark theme chosen in the console. | Browser (local storage) |
| velora.saleSound | Sale sound switched on or off in the app. | Browser (local storage) |
| velora.launched | Knows whether the app was opened before, so the welcome is not repeated. | Browser (local storage) |
| velora.pushAsked | Knows whether notification permission was already requested. | Browser (local storage) |
| Keychain | Encrypted copy of the session and security settings, kept in the Keychain of this iPhone only, never in iCloud. | iPhone (Keychain) |
3. Third-party services
- Payment: payment happens on Stripe's page (checkout.stripe.com). Stripe sets its own cookies there, needed for payment and fraud prevention, under its privacy policy.
- Bot check: the sign-up and sign-in forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which collects technical signals to tell a human from a bot. This check serves the security of the service, not advertising.
- Fonts: the console's "Customize" preview loads the chosen font from Google Fonts. No cookie is set, but the IP address is sent to Google. Other pages use fonts we host ourselves.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Without the session cookie, you cannot stay signed in to the console. Without the language cookie, the website shows the language of the address visited.
On iPhone, deleting the app erases its local data. Signing out from the app also erases the session kept in the Keychain.
5. If this changes
If we ever add an audience measurement tool or another non-essential tracker, your consent will be asked before anything is set, with the option to refuse as easily as to accept. This page will be updated.
